Shipping & Returns


Shipping is free for orders over $59.99 in Canada, and $8.99 for orders under $59.99.

Free shipping to the United States on orders over $99.99.

All orders should arrive between 1-6* business days within Canada once we have processed your order.  When we ship your order, you will be e-mailed a tracking number. All orders within Canada can be tracked at Canadian orders are automatically shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel*.


*Delivery times are approximate and based on information from Canada Post. Canada Post may delay shipping, which is beyond Your Good Health's control. Canada Post may also take longer than usual to process shipments during holiday seasons, which is also beyond Your Good Health's control. Please note: the delivery date of your order depends on:
1) when the order leaves our store,
2) the destination address for the item,
3) the shipping method selected.
For select items, we offer an Estimated Delivery Date during checkout. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, processing time, the shipping method you have selected, and the shipping destination. Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.


If a product you ordered is on back-order or low in stock, we will offer the following:
1) Pause your order and ship once the missing product arrives back in stock.
2) Process a refund or credit for the missing product(s).


1) Orders may be delayed beyond shipping times indicated above during holiday seasons. 
2) All liquid products delivered through Canada Post are not insured.
3) Mistakes happen, we get it! We try to be accommodating when possible, but please note: If a mistake is made while inputting your shipping address and the shipment is returned to us, we may charge you the return shipping cost and the cost to ship back to you. Please double-check your address!


Changed your mind? That's okay! We are happy to accept returns within 60 days of purchase. We have two options for returns:

1. You can return your items to one of our locations with your invoice


2. If you would like to make a return by mail, you can email us at with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our friendly Customer Care team members will reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps!
